How can I recover my account without the 10 digit code?

Hello all,

I paused my shopify account and recently lost my domain so I cannot receive e-mail contains the login recovery (10 digit code). Please let me know how I can login my account to reactivate.

I recommend you to email directly to Shopify’s Merchant/Technical support. They should assist you with the issue!

Thank you for the help but link forwards me a page which doesn’t allow me to choose or enter the shop name.

Try with browser Incognito mode.

Link works on my end.
