Hello all,
can someone tell me how I can go about getting my store back. I got some one to build a store for me from fiverr. I was made a store owner and I had to pay for my plan. Immediately I chose my plan and made my payment my account was blocked, I have severely tried to get my store back. Shopify keeps saying I should wait for their account department to verify my account. It’s been almost 4 days now. What can I do to get my store back pls.

I can totally see how the wait time can be inconvenient for you at this time, but in some cases our team does need some more time to review your issue. That said, they are working hard to get you an answer as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please be sure to continue checking your inbox, as well as your spam/junk folders, as sometimes our mail can end up there.

I just had this same experience today. My website was blocked under Section 14.3 Terms of Service
I am very confused by all of this as I was made the store owner and just tried to login to buy the basic plan. I have just emailed your support team and waiting for response.

I got an email stating that I need to create a new ticket as support@shopify.com is no longer accepting messages. When I use your “Virtual Help Centre” it is requesting me to get in contact with “Shopify Support” but I have tried and there is no help on this matter. Please can you help me direct me to the right department as I would like my account back up and running. Thank you.
