I am sorry to hear about the trouble with your Shopify store! I would suggest attempting to reset your password by navigating to our login page and selecting the Forgot password. This should then send you an email with instructions to reset your password to regain access to your store.
If you are unable to reset your password, we can assist you further by heading over to our Contact Us page and selecting Continue without logging in. Once that is selected, you will directed to our Help Center - you can type in what you would like to get assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support that will appear below the search results.
