I ticked an order that I wanted to delete, and instead of deleting the order- I deleted the tab for “Unfulfilled”. Is there a way to recover this? I looked up how to delete the unfulfilled order, and figured out what I did wrong and how to do it correctly. However, I would really like that feature back. It made filtering my orders so much easier.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with restoring a default order view from the admin. To provide some context, order views are created with saved filters, column choices, column order, and sort order to provide a customized experience within the Orders Section. For more information on these views, I recommend checking out our Searching, Viewing, and Printing Orders documentation as it touches on this further.
If a default view (i.e unfulfilled) was accidentally deleted, you can recreate it the same way you create a new view. To do this, I recommend checking out the Create a New Order View document for those steps. It outlines however, you can:
Head to the Orders section, from the Shopify admin.
On any order view, select the Filter tab, then**:**
Status > Open.
Fulfillment Status > Unfulfilled > Partially Fulfilled.
Select the Column tab, checking the following:
Order number
Order date
Customer name
Total price
Financial status
Fulfillment status
Item count
Delivery method
Order tags
Click the …, then Create View.
Provide a name for the new view (i.e Unfulfilled) and Save.
For more information on default settings, you can check out the Order View Settings Documentation for a complete list and how to recreate them.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
