How can I recover my money for a returned product not received in Shopify?

Hi. A customer bought some hair extensions from my website.

She told me that the hair did not meet her needs, as it was too curly and her hair was straight.

We agreed to give her a full refund and she return the hair.

I refunded her and she never sent back the hair, she does not answer my phone calls or reply to my email.

How can Shopify help me to recover my money as she paid through Shopify.

Generally, if the payment was processed via Shopify Payments, then canceling/voiding a refund is not possible.
