How can I recreate this banner style in the Impulse 4.1.1 theme?

Hi there!

I’m looking for a way to recreate this banner style in my store (on Impulse 4.1.1 theme) - https://www.coxandcox.co.uk/

The split so information is on the left or right and a smaller image would work great in the site and would make it much easier to find imagery that fits. Also the mobile responsive version where it stacks looks great so if this is possible that would be amazing!

Thank you for this, unfortunately it’s not quite what I need as very familiar with how to do the above process.

To specify, I am hoping someone might have custom code to create a new image banner section style that replicates the style in this website banner- https://www.coxandcox.co.uk/ along with a guide on how to add the code in.
