How can I redirect my blog URL to an external WordPress website?

Hello,

I have a Shopify store and a blog section. I would want to move my blog section to an external WordPress website (Only for Blog posts), but I am unable to figure out.

myshopifystore.com → should redirect to external website where I maintain my bogs. Also, the domain name after redirection should not change and should remain as myshopifystore.com

Please need some help.

Hi @shawn_007 ,

Try the URL redirect.

  1. Go to Admin page > Online store > Navigation

  2. Click the “View URL redirect” on the upper right corner

  3. Click “Create URL redirect”

  4. Place the url you want to redirect from and redirect to.

  5. Click Save

Hi,

I am aware of this redirection. But, this changes my url in address bar. I want to redirect url and after redirection it should not change the source url. Any solution?

Oh. Use an iframe but this will be complicated since you have to have a permission to embed external links
