Signed on with GoImagine (GI) for online store, poor results and frequent crashes so I’m moving to a Shopify Online. I sent GI the info they requested to redirect my URL from SquareUp to GI and they set things up with custom nameserver and now I cannot make the changes necessary to redirect the URL to land at my Shopify online store.
Suggestions?
Are you trying to transfer the domain from goimagine to shopify?
I suggest you to hire a dev to transfer the domain and your necessary info to shopify, it will save your time.
Simple solution was to reset the nameserver(s) to default which allowed me to create necessary A and CNAME records, points to my site now.
Jakman, my bad, I was under the impression this was a “help” community, didn’t realize it was “pay for support”.
