Would I be able to have someone look at our website to see how we can make the overall size of our pages smaller? When I look at our product page it just seems too large.
Also, between sections throughout our website you can see the gray dividers, is there a way to remove those to make it look sleek? Any feedback would be appreciated! Thank you. schroercattleco.com

I appreciate that you have included your online store URL for us to explore. Just to gather some additional context, could you let us know which theme is live on your store?
If you are unsure about which theme is live on your store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots that are appearing towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
While I was taking a look at your online store, I did notice that you do not currently have a Favicon set for your website. A Favicon is a small square image that represents a website in web browser tabs. If you take a look at the top tab bar of your browser right now, I’m sure you’ll see several Favicons! Typically, Favicons feature a logo, the first letter of the company name or simply an image that reflects the specifics of the website it represents. Adding a Favicon to your online store can help strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website. You can click on this link to read instructions on how to create and add your own Favicon your store.
Keep in mind that these images are displayed quite small, so it’s good to keep in mind that the image you use should be readable at small sizes.

Looking into the Dawn theme, I noticed that makes changes to the sizes of the pages or removing the gray dividers is not available using the Theme Editor. However, you could make a change of coding to have the gray dividers removed from the online store and reduce the size of the pages. Since the Dawn theme is designed and supported by Shopify, we can use free design time for Shopify themes to allow our internal team to make the changes on your behalf.
If you are interested in using the design time, you will need to login to your store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking directly with a Support Advisor about the changes you would like to see.

That is a great question! Once you are successfully logged into your online store using the Contact Us page - you will be directed to the Help Center.
Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the changes you would like to see.
