There’s too many shipping rates on my check out page and I think that why my customers are having problems with the choices it’s too many how do I go bout changing it.because all my products take 2 weeks production

Seems like your store is configured with all the UPS shipping services. You can uncheck them under Shipping & Delivery> Manage Rates. Attached one screenshot for a better understanding.

Kindly head over to Manage>Add Rate>Use Carrier or App to calculate rates & choose UPS to see all the services.

Thank you for sharing that screenshot. You are almost in the right spot. You will need to click manage and then scroll down to carrier rates. You will see three dots on the right-hand side, and then you can click and select edit rates.
By following those steps, you should be able to edit your rates and select the ones you would like to offer your customers.

Do you know what they want the CSV file to include? Inventory, products, financials, etc? Once I know that I can provide you with information on exporting that specific file.
