I hope this message finds you well. I’ve been a part of this community for a month, and I truly appreciate the wealth of knowledge and support shared here.
Lately, I’ve been experiencing a challenge with unsolicited messages in Facebook, Instagram WhatsApp and even in Email from sales and marketing vendors, each claiming to be a Shopify expert promising to enhance my sales.
While I appreciate their enthusiasm, I am currently working on a budget and managing my store independently. I have observed positive trends in my analytics, and I believe the core issue lies not in my strategy but rather in the payment gateway, for which I am awaiting a license.
I would like to inquire if there is a way to minimize or cease these unsolicited messages, as they can be somewhat disruptive to my workflow. I value the community’s insights and would love to focus on relevant discussions that contribute to the growth of our businesses.
