How can I refine backend search results for phone orders?

Hi Experts,

We get orders over the phone and sometimes when searching for a particular product it shows other products as well.

For example, if searching for Cat mat it shows products that have cats in its description.

Is there a way to modify the backend search which is the same as live search bar

Hi @mel30 ,

This is impossible. Shopify only adds some options when you search at the backend.

And this is managed by Shopify so you cannot edit it. You can contact Shopify for support.
