I’d like to know how refund only the usps shipping? the customer picked up the item after she paid for shipping.
and if I refunded the shipping cost, Will I received the pay out for this transaction?

When you perform a refund in Shopify, you actually have the ability to make the refund equal the cost of shipping. We have a step-by-step guide here on refunding orders that you can follow to refund the cost of shipping.
Once refunded, you will still receive your payout for the sale, minus the amount you refunded for shipping. With that said, is there a particular reason your customer changed their mind? Did they accidentally select the shipping option instead of pick up?
