Did you buy your domain through Shopify? If so, when did the domain expire? Do you still have access to your store?
If your domain has expired but has not been bought by someone else, you may be able to simply purchase it again.

My domain name expired and I need to renew it but I cannot get in touch with shopify.
I registered my domain in 2020 through shopify and now that my shopify plan has expired, I need to renew my domain but have now way of getting in touch with Shopify to do this.
I need your help!
