My website has been hacked and disabled by my ex-employee who was in-charge of web development. She also removed my access from my online store. I have all the evidence to claim back my website. Can someone guide me what is the best procedure to retrieve the access to the website. I am unable to find any support details at Shopify.

Thank you for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with this issue. I would encourage you to contact our support team as soon as possible and notify them of the situation. They will be able to gather information from you with regards to what has happened and liaise with our accounts team for next steps.
Please bear in mind that when you try to contact our support team via the link above you will have the option to log in first, which you likely will not be able to do if you no longer have access to your Shopify admin. You can choose the “Continue without logging in” option instead and get in touch through our live chat feature, which will allow you to speak to someone in real time.

It’s possible that the situation you’ve cited has affected your ability to contact support while logged in. I would recommend choosing the “Continue without logging in” option for the time being.
Once you’ve selected this, please select “Account” and then “Account security” from the options shown. You should then see a “Chat with us” option at the bottom of the next page which will allow you to contact our support team via the live chat feature.
