How can I regain access to my inactive online stores?

I have two stores that have went inactive. I have contacted support, and had issue “escalated” to the “Account Team” . It has been a week and I have had no response. I had marketing on social media running and a pop up event for point of sale scheduled so I am losing money daily. I have money in those stores also that I cannot access, not even through my shopify card. Also to get things running again I thought about switching to another platform, but cant my domain name is here. Shopify has my account, my funds, and my domain name hostage, won’t give me a explanation, and is destroying my business and reputation. No one is support cares, they just keep saying “I know its frustrating but I assure you..blah blah”. Has anyone found a work around or a way to contact shopify’s so called “Account Team” directly. Also has anyone heard of a recourse for lost sales and for your money being held hostage? Any help appreciated very frustrated with no solutions or communication.

I finally got this email:

Dear Account Owner,

We have reviewed your account and determined that it is in violation of Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed.

The full amount of pending payouts will be held in reserve for 120 days. On Oct 07, 2023. We will transfer your existing payouts less any chargebacks and related fees to the bank account on file for your Shopify Payments account.

This is still REALLY vague. Doesn’t say what I did wrong, what rule I violated. Also what about the customers that placed orders, how do I get that list to fulfil them? How do I get my domain name migrated? How is 120 days justified?
This says “something” without really saying anything, Shopify must have reached the we don’t care revenue point, because a issue like this should not be a fight to get information for the customer. So I am still trying to contact daily to get answers because my name and business reputation is being drug right now because of this poor service and communication
