is there anyway I can move this pickup location below the size chart instead of being in middle of the add to cart button and the size guide?

From your Shopify admin dashboard, go to Online Store > Themes.

Find the Dawn theme and click on the “Actions” button, then select “Edit code”.

In the left-hand sidebar, navigate to “Sections” and click on “product-template.liquid” to open the product template file.

now find this selector “product__accordion” and paste this code “{% render ‘pickup-locations’ %}” above “product__accordion” section on page
