I recently had to close my store to look for a cheaper option. Unfortunately, I did not delete my shop from the Facebook Commerce Manager. The ONLY way to remove the connected Shopify store is through Shopify, which you cannot access unless you pay for a subscription? How do you I solve this problem other than paying for a month 1. that I can’t afford and 2. won’t use?
Your shop was approved on Facebook or not? if it was approved try to just delete the catalog linked with commerce account and the shop will be removed otherwise you may need some help depends on the complexity of the issue
Thank you for your response. The shop has been approved. But there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove it. Facebook help says you can only do this from Shopify.
