I have deleted a file from my site but the file is still visable… I have read that they can get stuck in the CDN.

When a file is deleted from your store, it will be removed from the CDN; However, sometimes files can become stuck in the Content Delivery Network. In order to remove them completely, you should contact Shopify support: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions
