We have received a fake review and were trying to remove it. For one month we have been trying to talk to Shopify partner Team to remove it. All I can get is “we are working on that”.
We tried to contact the store owner - no replies.
Has anyone got such experience?

Actually “No” we haven’t experienced this situation. However, as Shopify doesn’t allow the Partners to delete the app review, we have to rely upon Shopify support only.
Meanwhile just try to contact the store owner through all means like social media messaging, through their store Contact Us form also see whether their phone number is available anywhere (usually in the Partner dashboard) so that you can directly call them and get the review removed.
