Hi, I’m looking for a way to remove a Whatsapp icon that got “stuck” on the bottom right corner. I had installed the Whatsapp Chat - Live Chat app (https://apps.shopify.com/beeapp-whatsapp-chat?surface_detail=whatsapp&surface_inter_position=1&surface_intra_position=2&surface_type=search) and replaced it with a different Whatsapp app. I have deleted the previous app but it remains there underneath my new one. Thank you

This is May from Shopify.
Generally, when you uninstall an app, its code should also be automatically removed from your storefront theme. Have you tried clearing your browser cache or try a different browser and see if the icon is still there? If it is, it could be that the app leaves a code snippet in the theme when you deleted the app, which needs to be removed manually. It is quite difficult to find out where the code is located and how to remove it without looking directly into your store.
If you are still seeing this issue after clearing your cache and/or using a different browser, could you send over a link to your store, please? go THEME ACTIONS at the left bottom corner=> Edit code=> select THEME LIQUID section=> Ctrl+F=> type whats in search box=> enter button=> delete 2 lines of WHATS app code=> save
