How do I delete a payment method under Settings=> Billing?
I dont want to store my credit card details in my dev store.

Could you please tell me a little more about what payment method you are using?
You can’t test orders using real transactions in a development store, so you can only test using a Bogus Gateway or a third-party gateway in Test mode.
Usually, to remove your details, you need to disable and then re-enable the gateway, keeping your gateway in test mode.
So could you please try that and let me know how you get on?
Thank you. I added a real card by mistake. I want to delete the added cards from the dev store settings. This is payment method for merchant apps and shopify plans. Not for accepting payment from customers.

Apologies, I misunderstood your initial question. Did you create your development store from within your Partner Dashboard?
Development stores are offered free to partners to allow them to have a templated store within a monthly subscription to work on themes, apps, or get a store ready for a client. They have no time restrictions and many of the same functions as a normal shop. Billing details are not required.
