How can I remove a persistent MailChimp pop-up from my website?

Hello, I have a MailChimp sign-up form pop-up on my website which I want to get rid of.

I tried to turn it off through Mailchimp it is not showing an active pop-up for me to turn off.

I checked my theme.liquid and to my untrained eye there does not seem to be any Mailchimp code that I can recognize.

Does someone know what the code looks like so I can go ahead and delete it? or can someone please help me get rid of it? Thanks!!
