How can I remove a popup ad from the Dawn Theme?

I am having trouble removing a popup from the Dawn theme. I’ve tried searching the code and installed apps to no avail. Any help would be great!

Hi, this popup belong smsbump app, please disable this popup from settings of that app or uninstall that app if you don’t use it anymore.
