How can I remove a potentially harmful Paypal button from my account?

Hello, I just acquired a shopify account, and it has placed a Paypal button on me, deactivate the payment method and it still appears, and Google recognizes it as a potentially harmful page when you want to give the paypal pay button, I don’t know how remove it, and appear null security in shopify accounts. Can someone help me with this please
