While I am not a developer myself, I can sometimes help to at least narrow down the possible cause. When inspecting your store front I was able to confirm what area of your theme is causing the issue and hopefully this helps.
Using Google Chrome, I was able to right click and open up the browser’s inspect tool. This brings me to the area highlighted in blue on the right hand side of my screenshot. This block of code is for the sales pop/newsletter pop up on your store and every time I try to inspect it the newsletter popup comes up every time, even if I’ve closed it before.
While I can’t say for sure what caused the issue to be created, it appears that maybe your FB chat is interfering with your sales popup built into your theme.
