How can I remove abandoned carts in an online store?

Hello,

Recently, I had an issue where I removed a booking off my website for an item, but people were still able to buy it/book it. I tried to go through my abandoned carts, as I thought the reason was that someone had it in their cart when I removed it, and they came back and purchased it.

Is there any way to remove abandoned carts from Shopify? Does anyone know a reason in which this could happen? Abandoned carts were the only thing I could think of.

You can only Achieve an abandoned checkout.

Consider sending a quick email to Shopify’s Merchant support. They should be able to look into the account.
