I need to remove decimals in the checkout as the currency I use does not use them. I have removed them from the product pages but does anyone know how to remove from checkout? I.e I need it to show TWD 495 and not TWD 495.00

Your store’s checkout always shows decimal places regardless of the currency formatting that you choose for your online store. So you can’t change this with setting currency. Refer https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/currency-formatting
