How can I remove duplicate categories in my online store?

I created a subcategory swimwear but it comes up twice when you click on it. How do I fix this to have just one category example below

home > swimwear > swimwear

how do i get it to have just one swimwear?

Have you double-checked in the Navigation settings that there is only 1 Swimwear item?

I did. Just one swimwear item on there
