Please delete my store and remove my credit card

Before we begin, may I ask for your reason for shutting down your account? I would be happy to assist with any setbacks you may have faced. Or, if you have feedback, that would be greatly appreciated. If you decide to proceed to close your account, you can follow these steps:

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.

Click Cancel subscription or Pause or deactivate store.

If applicable, review the options to pause your subscription, or start a new store.

If you still want to deactivate, then click Cancel subscription and close store or Deactivate store.

Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.

Enter your password, and then click Close store or Deactivate now.
Before deactivating your account, please read over the following document for consideration: Cancel your Subscription and Deactivate your Shopify store. Please know that you can still re-open your store or view your past bills, and your store’s information is guaranteed for 2 years. You can also re-open your store and pause your plan.

My store is not geting deactivate. Please tell Shopify team for delete my data and everything automatically.

We will need to access your account to assist you. At this time, we are unable to provide account-specific support through the Community. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’ From there, you can submit your request to speak with an advisor.
Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
I can give you my shopify id or password. After That could you please delete my store.
