How can I remove myself from client's website?

When I go Settings > Users > Click My Name to Manage User, I end up on a page where it at the top just says “Store Owner” (client’s email address), but I am not there. And then there is a list of IP address logins below, but no option to remove myself?

If you’re added as a collaborator in your client’s store then you can just simply remove yourself from the Shopify partner dashboard.

Sorry, where do I find this?

Open the Shopify Partner dashboard by clicking here and then Log in and click on to “Stores” and then click on “Actions” and after that just simply click on “Remove Access”.

I get onto the following page:

”How would you like to get started as a partner?

Create and set up a new partner organization

Join an existing partner organization”

Nobody who can help??

You’re running into two different Shopify “user types,” and the page you’re landing on isn’t your own profile—so you won’t see any “remove me” button there.

You can’t remove yourself from the store admin. You must revoke your own access from the Partner Dashboard

Partner Dashboard → Stores → (find the store) → Remove access → Confirm. This deletes your collaborator account on that store.
