How can I remove or change the 'no image' placeholder on my homepage?

Topic summary

Homepage video implementation causes a brief flash of a default “no image” placeholder (about 1–2 seconds) on initial load/refresh.

Goal: remove that placeholder entirely or swap it for a white JPEG to avoid visible flicker.

Help offered: one participant volunteered to inspect the site if the link and password are shared privately.

Others reporting same issue: two additional users confirmed they see the same behavior and asked whether a solution was found.

Status: no fix or code changes have been posted; the thread remains unresolved and open.

Context: the “no image” placeholder is likely the theme’s default fallback displayed before the homepage content (video) loads; users want control over what appears during this loading phase.
