Hi @Mangdol ,

Thank you for reaching out with your question. In order to disable the password page, the store must be on a paid plan and it cannot be disabled during the development period.

Please let me know if you have any further queries.

Kind regards,

I can’t disable my Shopify store password protection. I have already purchased a Shopify plan and use a supply theme for my store but I am unable to disable the password protection. please give me a solution. https://www.tryklick.com/

Hi @Imtiaz ,

Thank you for getting in touch. Is this a store you have built yourself, or did someone build this for you before handing the store over to you? Have you been billed for your Shopify subscription?

hi,

I cannot remove visitor password even I have purchased Shopify plan, due to which I am not able to verify my store as well as I cannot upload more content on my store. And the visitors are not reaching us. I want to remove the visitor password. https://www.tryklick.com/

Please help me out.

Thanks.

Hi @Imtiaz ,

Thank you for sending over those screenshots, which I think helps me see the problem. In the first screenshot the URL is tryklick-com.myshopify.com, whereas in the second screenshot the URL is tryklick.myshopify.com. This means these screenshots are from two separate stores. What has likely happened here is that you have chosen a subscription plan for tryclick.myshopify.com but are trying to disable the password page for tryklick-com.myshopify.com, which is not on a paid plan. You’ll want to make sure you are logged into the correct site and then try to disable the password page on the store you have chosen a subscription for.

Kind regards,

I am using turbo theme for my shopify store. but the issue is, when I upload any product in my store the image of products can not b same size and change the height of every product. Please help me for solving this issue. Website Link: https://ostuklikk.ee

Hi @Imtiaz ,

If you are uploading product images of the same size and dimension but they look to be different sizes on the storefront, this will likely be a theme-related issue. I would recommending reaching out to the developers of the Turbo theme, Out of the Sandbox, for guidance on this issue.
