i need help with removing my store from DEVELOPMENT, The icon that says ‘‘Restrict access to visitors with the password’’ can’t be clicked, how do i fix this ?

If your store is on a development plan and you are not able to pass over ownership of the store to the merchant or change the plan type, you may be using a development store that doesn’t support this.
Some development store options include features that cannot go live, like a beta experience. These test stores cannot be moved to live stores because of this. You can take a look at the different plans and features for dev stores to see if this might be the case: Creating development stores · Shopify Help Center.

As per my understanding you not having the paid version of the shopify or using the trial version of shopify.
So try using any paid version of shopify
