There are 5 Icons in the bottom right of my site, One saying powered by Shopify, one saying it’s encrypted, One showing money back guarantee, one saying I have an SSL and one showiny my address my phone number and name!!! how do I remove these I can’t have my website open showing this info!!!

From what I understand here, you’re wanting to remove a specific group of information from your Footer section in your theme.
Since we don’t know which theme you’re using and we don’t have your URL either in your post, I can provide some general guidelines on how to do this.
From what you describe it sounds like you might have a 3rd party theme (paid theme). You’ll want to head over to your Theme editor by going to Online Store > Themes and click on Customize next to the theme you’re having issues with.
Within that theme editor, you will see sections on the left had side. You can read more about how to edit your themes in our help center. You may be able to find the address and phone number under the Footer section of your theme. This would be where all the items you’re describing could be.
Keep in mind that there are different support resources for different themes, you can find more about that in the help center pages about this. Keep in mind that if you have a 3rd party theme (paid), you’ll want to reach out to the developer of that theme, you’ll find more information on how to do that in the help center pages I linked there for you.
Considering that you don’t want to show your address and phone number, I presume that you may not have a physical location for your business. That’s totally okay! However, I recommend setting up at least a P.O. Box at your post office to at least be able to establish your business as not only a legitimate business but to also receive returns if you’re selling physical products.
Speaking of returns and the footer section, take a peek at this guide here on how to set up your policies for your business in the footer of your site. It’s vital for any legitimate business to have a Terms of Service, Privacy, Shipping, and Return Policies.
