Hello. I have disabled recaptcha in my shop, but it is still showing it at the newsletter form. It says I am not a robot and then the you have to click at either bicycles, traficlights or similar. I would really liked this removed. I hope you can guide me.

Would you be able to share the URL to your online store? As this will allow us to take a closer look at the CAPTCHA to determine the next steps to have it removed. If you have unchecked the option to Enable Google CAPTCHA within the preferences, this should remove the CAPTCHA required to complete the checkout on the online store. It could be possible that the change was not saved, I would suggest making sure that you are saving the changes made when you uncheck the option.
Are you using any third-party applications that include a feature to allow your customers to sign-up? It could be possible that the CAPTCHA is coming from one of the applications if so.

Hi, the recaptcha keeps re-appearing. I do not want the Google reCAPTCHA to appear, in preferences I un-ticked the boxes. So I turned it off, but it does not have to have any effect.
What else can I do to solve this?

Hi there, I am having the same issue. The CAPTCHA keeps reappearing and I already unchecked the boxes and saved the changes in the theme preferences. I could really use some help here. Thank you so much.
