I have uninstalled the Product Reviews App by Shopify and I am now using a new one. Product Reviews App by Shopify are still showing. How do I remove that section or code so that I don’t confuse my customers with two review options?

Have you found customer reviews to be something important you’d like to have shown in your store?
I am having the same problem. Were you able to get it resolved? I’m still waiting to hear back from Shopify Support and I really would like it to be resolved because I now have two sets of the same reviews, which I am sure are confusing customers.
Shopify does not delete the metafields generated by an app when the app is uninstalled. Since the product reviews use metafields and since your new app seems to use the same namespace than the app by Shopify, you are stuck with the reviews generated by the Shopify app before installing the new one.
No solution. The new app should have use an scoped namespace different from the Shopify app.
