How can I remove Robot.txt blocks from my product pages?

I have 6 product URLs that have Robot.txt blocks. I contacted support and am told I need to hire a specialist to fix this but product pages are not supposed to have blocks. How can I fix that? In each case, the no-index tag is on the 2nd page of a product page.

If you have Google search console installed you can use their robots testing tool (link below) to test the robot.txt rules. It will show you what pages if any pages are blocked.
