The problem with the “default box” is there is no weight limit. If I could add a weight limit to the boxes, then it could change the box size depending on the weight of the order. Right now, if a customer’s order is more than the box holds, I’m losing money on under-charged shipping rates.

I completely agree. I was just playing around with the options, and now everything is messed up and shipping isn’t working. I’m stuck without being able to delete it, waiting for support to give me a resolution.
