How can I remove "Search results" bar/box and "Search results" text?

Hi! Im struggling to remove the “Search results” bar/box and “Search results” text from my Shopify store, I am using the Dawn theme. When I search something from the main search bar thats in the header, it sends me to another page that displays a search results box. How can I get it removed?

Do you want to remove the search page and just keep the search bar in the header, or do you want to remove everything?

Please explain more about it, I will help you check it
