As shown in the image, there’s a (1) that pops up in front of our home page title on google when you google “Footy Intl”. This never happened before downloading the Shopify Inbox app, and even now after removing it, it won’t go away. It only shows up on Google, not Bing or Yahoo.
Is there any advice on how we can get that removed?

Thank you for reaching out, I would be happy to help you out with this. The (1) just lets your customers know that there is a message waiting for them, once they view the message that should vanish. That said, if you have deleted the app entirely and are still seeing that, there may be some coding left behind that needs to be removed. Since you are using a Shopify application, this is something we should be able to help you out with directly. Please feel free to reach out to our live support team with this so we can help out. You can do this by logging into your store through the Help Center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
