When you search my store on google there is an arrow beside my store name that appears in the search engine result. How can I get rid of this? My store name doesn’t have an arrow on it.

The information on search engines for your homepage title is normally pulled through from Online store > Preferences > Title and meta description section, as mentioned on this help document. You can double check this section on your admin to see if any of the information there needs updating, so that your store name will show up as intended on Google.
Once this information is updated on your store though, it’s worth keeping in mind that it may take a bit of time until the information is passed on to Google.
