Happy to help out today! Editing or adjusting the Checkout, beyond what is possible using the Theme Editor, is not possible, as this code is not made accessible for security purposes. If merchants were able to access or make changes to the Checkout, Shopify wouldn’t be able to be PCI compliant since the PCI council needs to review the Checkout when changes are made to approve it.
With that said, what is the reason to want to remove that step from the checkout page altogether? Do you not intend on making sales on your Shopify store?

Because “Billing and payment” is the same as “Review”, so i want that my costumers have only one time to checkout, not 2 same times.
Try it and you will see, it’s the same page 2 times, so i just want to delete one : www.myeasytolearn.com
@mdezaka1 I see. At this time it’s not possible. The review page is used as a final prompt for customers to confirm their details before initializing their pruchase. This is common practice in checkout systems.
