How can I remove the brief bin logo on my cart page?

Could you please help with the following small problem?

When I open the cart page on desktop, besides the products a bin logo pops up for just a second all the time when I refresh the page. Below you can find a picture about it. Could you please help me to remove it?

That issue caused by speed of your internet, it will look like this when style of site did not load out yet, just HTML so don’t worry.
