I am trying to remove the captcha for my newsletter/email sign up on my store

I have made a page. newsletter. liquid page and have copied my newsletter form to create a page that is attached to a footer link

now I am unsure of how to remove the captcha “prove your human” every time someone tries to subscribe to my newsletter

note, when I go to preferences I cannot uncheck the “spam protection” enable captcha option since it is already off
