How can I remove the 'Checkout Now' button in popups?

Hi all,

I want to remove the CHECK OUT button and just keep the View Cart so people must review their orders before they proceed to purchase.

How can I disable this button and align the View Cart button to the right where the grey checkout button currently is?

Can you help me with the following issue: the free shipping qualifier has (Australia only) once the minimum is reached. But before that it just shows Spend $XX for Free Shipping. How can I edit the text for this? I want it to say

" Spend $XX more to receive FREE SHIPPING (Australia only) "
