Make sure you added favicon for your store. After that, it will take a tile for google index and appear your favicon instead shopify logo.
Can I ask what is a favicon and where can I get it?

Hello. My name is Justin, and I have a Shopify store that uses Printful POD to sell OC (original character) anime and Japanese apparel.
