The Facebook Shop sales channel is discontinued and no longer functioning, so I recommend setting up the new Facebook channel if you haven’t already.
Our help documents cover how to set up and use the channel. The new Facebook channel is supported by Shopify. While there are some issues that need to be handled from your Facebook account, we’re happy to help as much as we can with setup and use of the channel. Let me know if you have any questions about it!
