Hi. We are a B2B company and I have developed an ordering portal for our customers to order our marketing materials at no charge. I would like to remove the express checkout option at the first stage of the ordering process (information stage) because there is no need for payment. How do I do this?

Are you pertaining to the express checkout on the product page? You can remove this one from the theme settings.
Go to Theme > customize > Product > then uncheck “show dynamic checkout button”.
