How can I remove the extra space in a checkout page modal?

I would like to ask about check out page modal.
When I open modal page like legal policy on checkout page, there is big space below in modal page.
Is there any way to remove this space?

I tried below code but I does not work.

Pleaese help me if someone knows this solution.
